Office Policies

As a courtesy to our patients, appointments are confirmed by e-mail, text, or personal phone calls. We make every effort to schedule appointments that are most convenient for you and fit your schedule. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for one patient. We request that, should something cause you to have to reschedule an existing appointment, you give us 48 hours notice. We reserve the right to make a charge for repeated broken appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Due to the individual complexities of each insurance contract, we can only estimate your insurance coverage. We will allow you to assign your benefits to us with the understanding that you will be responsible for any balance after insurance. We will file all of your dental insurance claims for you electronically to facilitate speedy reimbursement by the insurance company. Please remember, your dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Your dental plan is designed to share your dental care cost; it may not cover the total cost of your treatment.

Understanding Insurance

Financial Policies

Payment for service is expected at the completion of your visit unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Visa/Master Card/Discover as well as cash and personal checks. Should your dental needs become more than routine, we will contact your insurance company on your behalf to pre-determine the dental benefit that you can expect to receive. Our fees will be reviewed with you in advance of treatment and necessary payment arrangements will be discussed to avoid any confusion. We do offer extended payment plans to cover major restorative treatments.
